you could take the image in to AE put on the wave effect, and render it as a PSD. file @CarbonXstudio

Instead of putting a photo in the background of a racetrack, you could have just drawn two white lines in an angle to or a rectangle with thick outline and skewed it?
That would have been easier. Video was longer than usual, but good.
