In this video we will be taking a look at three different websites where you can download free Photoshop brushes, we also look at how to install and use these custom brushes.
Today we’ll show you how to get a FREE alternative software to photoshop called GIMP which stands for GNU Image Manipulation Program. GIMP can run on Linux, Windows, Sun opensolaris, Mac OS X and freebsd systems. GIMP is very similar to photoshop so grasping the software wouldn’t take long if you have previous experience with photoshop. Download from: www.gimp.org The GIMP software download is approximately 17.4 megabytes (MB) in size so will not take long to download. Installation is quick also. Once I learn a bit more about GIMP I will be making some “GIMP Tips & Tutorials” videos alike my “Photoshop tips & tutorials” series.
